Are you dreaming of vast open spaces, peace and tranquility, clear starry nights, beautiful sunrises, and crisp Karoo air? Then this is the place for you. Weltevrede Farm, situated 40km outside Laingsburg at the foot of the Swartberg Mountains, is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the simplicity of the Great Karoo.
The accommodation boasts a 3 bedroom farmhouse as well as 2 self-catering units on a working farm.
We have an honesty shop with firewood (the first crate of firewood is on us), chips, dried peaches (peeled and unpeeled), fruit snacks, fruit rolls, brownies, and fudge. Cash only.
ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation boasts a farmhouse with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 9), each with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a fireplace, and an outside fire pit. There are also 2 separate self-catering cottages (sleep 3 each) with an en-suite bathroom. All units include bedding and towels.
Please note there is limited cellphone reception (Vodacom only). You can access Weltevrede Farm preferably with an SUV or bakkie, but a car would also be able to drive on the road. Please close all the farm gates that you open on your way to the accommodation facility.

1 x double bed and 2 x single beds (sleeps 4) with en-suite bathroom (shower only).
